SHIPPING & PRODUCTION TIME

All our pieces are crafted with care and well worth the wait with current production times found below:

• Ready-to-ship items are made ahead of time and shipped next day! 
• Personalized items are handmade in our LA studio, so please account for 4-9 days of manufacturing time and 5-8 days of shipping time.

All orders are shipped and insured up to $200 with USPS. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is shipped. Please be advised expedited shipping speeds up transit times only.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT TIME

International transit times are about 10 -20 business days but may vary due to customs clearance and other variables that are out of our control.

We have found that FEDEX is the best shipment method for international orders. Please contact us if you'd like to upgrade your shipping method. Customers are responsible for all duty fees issued by their respective country.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase as our team does their best to process your order as quickly as possible. 

 

 

RETURN POLICY

Products are carefully handcrafted, so we typically don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the fault is ours. However, we understand the sentiment and importance behind every piece we create. Therefore if you have an issue or concern with your jewelry, please feel free to contact us immediately and our care team can help with any situation.
